Welcome to BunnyPad 7.0, where we’ve been hard at work to enhance your notepad experience. This update brings a host of improvements, new features, and bug fixes to make BunnyPad even better.

• Improved User Experience: BunnyPad 7.0 offers an even more refined user experience, with a focus on making note-taking smoother and more intuitive than ever before.

• Enhanced Character Map: We’ve improved the Character Map, making it easier than ever to find and insert special characters, symbols, and emojis into your notes.

• Return of Vivo Engine Directory Features: We’ve reintroduced the Vivo Engine directory features, allowing for the extraction of necessary files to “%LOCALAPPDATA%\GSYT Productions\BunnyPad” instead of the %temp% directory. This optimization reduces loading times and allows for the reuse of extracted files, enhancing overall performance.

• PyQt5-based Save As Dialogue Box: Enjoy a sleeker and more responsive Save As dialogue box, thanks to our transition to the native PyQt5 save dialogue.

• About Screen OS Version Display: On Windows, the About screen now displays your operating system version, providing you with more information about your system. Please note that on Wine environments, the SKU will be reported as “none.”

• Optimized Credits Box: We’ve optimized the Credits box to load faster and smoother, ensuring a seamless experience when accessing credits.

• Code Optimization: BunnyPad 7.0 features code optimizations to boost overall performance and responsiveness.

• Extended File Support: You can now open and save *.log, *.nfo, *.bat, *.cmd, *.vbs, and *.json files. The addition of JSON file support is a nod to PBbunnypower’s influence.

• Special ZeRoTeCh00 Edition: Stay tuned for the Special ZeRoTeCh00 edition, set to release soon with unique features and enhancements.

• Update Functionality: We’re actively working on adding update functionality to ensure you always have the latest features and security improvements.

• Print2PDF Support: In the pipeline, we plan to introduce Print2PDF support, making it easy to create PDF versions of your notes.

• Automatic Syntax Detection: We’re exploring the possibility of automatic syntax detection to assist you in writing code and scripts seamlessly.
