Version 3 Release!

Like Version 2, Version 3 has been completely rewritten, but however, still does not have the download feature. UNLIKE the previous versions, this is a multi-file build, yet this now has a Taskbar and In-App Icon displayed. That is why it is a *.zip file instead of a single *.exe file. I tried making an installer with NSIS, but it required admin privileges to install, which my Web Browser does not require at all, and would severely limit the amount of users. I also will be releasing a bundle set soon with another app included. I plan on back-porting it to Windows XP/ReactOS via using Python 3.4.4, which would also enable x86 (32-bit) versions. If you have any suggestions, please post in the comments.
